The soup is too thin it should be thicker. With BLACK PEPPER added, it taste even worse.

Aromatic Thai Spaghetti - the sauce is too watery and oily, not paste.

Reasons:
Service - Slow due to lack of staff. There was once i call up for delivery, it was late by 1 hour. Yes it is from this outlet.

Food quality - Poor, not tasty

Food variety - 9 choices only and no longer serve within 15 minutes

During payment - Credit card machine is down and no small change, wait again.

Recommendation/Substitute: Hmmm... KFC is quicker....

Reasons:
Ordered 2 x RM1.90+ handroll and 2 x RM3.90+ handroll. How much do you think we have to pay in total?

It should be BUY ONE FREE ONE right? In our minds, it is BUY ONE RM1.90+ free one RM1.90+,

But NO, it is BUY 2 x RM3.90+, Free 2 x RM1.90+ handroll. We PAID for the HIGHER price handrolls.

WHY make a promotion when you can't even calculate is fairly to the customers?

Look at the paper thin and torned unagi, forgot to note down the dish name RM5.90

From the color itself, you can see that it not fresh.

Restaurant name & Location: Sakae Sushi, Queensbay Mall and Gurney Plaza Penang

Dish: Sushi, Sashimi & etc

Price: Salmon Belly RM9.90

Reasons: Food not fresh and poor food quality. Food is not fresh even on first day of opening at Gurney but not improve till now.

Recommendation/Substitute: Even Sushi King is better

White coffee (Cold) RM 2.80

Penang state : BM Maju Utama Branch
White coffee (Hot) RM 2.80 (different by 30cent???)
White coffee (Cold) RM 3.20 (different by 40cent???)

Reasons: What dramatic price different!!!
